girl crush: natalie coughlin

Tonight is the first night in a while that I won't be glued to the television at 8pm, watching the swimming Olympic Team Trials for London 2012. I've been Trials-obsessed, and have a renewed love of swimming ... and Natalie Coughlin

The idol of swimming women everywhere, Natalie has simply got it going on. Her many sides include now 3-time Olympian, (she just made the 2012 Olympics team as a part of the 4x100m relay), foodie, health nut, runner, surfer, homebody, and all-around role model. Natalie keeps it classy (a rarity among professional athletes) by showing sportsmanship at every race and taking her role of swimming idol seriously. 

And she is just so adorable, so fun, so nice ... I could go on and on and on. 

So there we have it, a girl crush.

    Great blog and like to say we must swim regularly as swimming is best exercise to burn calories and to lose weight. Swimming makes heart and lungs strong and reduce the risk of depression and cardiovascular disease.
